T Shirts That Suck By the Girls Who Love Them Most

Posted on 26 August 2008 by Dutch Schultz

Dutch Schultz is at it again with a site that has been around for a couple of years but has made a pretty big impact in a short period of time. TShirtsThatSuck is a t shirt website that does not offer the 2.0 community options that you might have come to expect from the other guys. What do they do you might ask? They bring it hard with some great t shirts and they have some hot models who show just enough nipple to keep me coming back for more. My favorite t shirt design they have is discontinued, although if you load the homepage enough it will pop up. It features Yoda saying Smack My Bitch I Will, which is pure classic humor in my book. The ones they do sell currently are great too, don’t get me wrong and I picked out a few of my favorite funny t shirts to go into the group below.

So far, I think the Man Whore is my favorite but more importantly, what does my 57 member Wizeguyz Family think? Let me know. Post a comment, shit on my review like that dude named Joe did on my Torsopants post. Do something just to let me know you care. I welcome the mud slinging more than you might think.

Classic stuff, one thing you might not have got from this is the one color design pattern that they stick to which is smart because they charge $18 per shirt and one color designs are pretty cost effective. Prices can double just by sticking in another couple so when they can sell a shirt for $18 and only print one color they are walking away with probably $12 profit which is sweet. Very smart from a business perspective and the designs are funny enough that I don’t come away thinking that they really need more color. Overall, I give them the big Middle Finger Salute and I hope the Wizeguyz Family will post their own opinions in the comment section, right after subscribing to my blog.

Roadkilltshirts Make Headlines With This

Posted on 09 June 2008 by Dutch Schultz

Ever wonder how some companies can just make it happen and some can’t. This is one example of the company who knows how to turn a dream into a dollar. The appearance gives you almost a TshirtHell feeling yet the artwork is not quite that offensive. I picked out a few of my favorites to share with you below.

How you like them apples?  Probably not what you parents would buy for themselves but who the hell wants to wear what their parents like, right?  I hope you agreed with me on that one. One thing I want to point out that I really like about this funny t shirt company is the promotional banner they have at the very top of the homepage for everyone to see when they first hit the site.

Most sites like wizeguyztees offers the buy 3 in the U.S. and get Free Shipping. These guyz switch it up a bit. I would be very interested to know if the Free Shipping or the Free T Shirt grab the customer the most. What about you? Which one do you like the best? Leave a comment and tell me what you think about Roadkilltshirts.

Crooked Monkey T Shirts Since 2005

Posted on 06 June 2008 by Dutch Schultz

Crooked Monkey T Shirts are a nice mix between humor and vintage graphics printed on high quality shirts that appear to be similar to the American Apparel brand tees. What really catches my idea is knowing they are successful, having several contracts to large stores such as Urban Outfitters, Nordstrom, Lord and Taylor, Kitson, ShopIntuition.com, Fred Segal and over 550 other fine retailers across the world according to the About Us tab on the Crookedmonkey website, and seeing a simple yet funny design pattern that doesn’t blow you away and actually leaves with the feeling that you could do that too. Still, what they have accomplished is not bad for a three year old company that was formed by a couple of high school buddies. I would say they don’t have to worry about a day job in the sense that they are living it in the t shirt business. What an interesting feeling to be blogging about companies that I want to be like. My dream in life would to make enough income from wizeguyztees that I could do it full time and it might very well come true for me but right now  is doing it for real and I wish them all the best. Here are four of my favorites and I would love to hear your comments on what you think about them. Are they amazing, fair, not your taste, etc.
Crooked Monkey is another player in the online t shirt industry. I believe with the contracts they have to major retailers, you will only see them get bigger as they have the confidence and budget needed to try things you couldn’t try on a shoe string type budget. The humor t shirts that they print have a cool and edgy feel to them without going overboard. I don’t see anybody being offended when glancing at your shirt as you walk by them in a mall type setting. I do see where you could get a double glance and a smile type effect though. Keep an eye out for these guyz and please hit up the site if you have a chance to and stop back by to let your boy know how you feel about crooked monkey.

I’ll Have a Wet T Shirt and sum Boobies Please

Posted on 01 June 2008 by Dutch Schultz

Stumbled upon another gem today. I was looking for funny t shirts and I found this clever image in the google images archive.  It appears that if you wear this shirt it will actually make your boobs get bigger. I am sure if this is true we will see this shirt sell out over and over again. Just kidding, but I had to throw this in the blog just to keep you awake and on your toes. I will admit though that the shirt itself would not have normally made my blog but sometimes you have to look beyond the object at hand and focus on the total prize. If anyone has purchased this shirt, please post a comment here to let me know if this shirt really does increase breast size.

What stood out to me is all the cash prizes they are getting involved with to the artists who submit the artwork. These numbers started out pretty low not that long ago but have recently become very serious payouts.

Another cool feature they have is this deal. Everyday they choose a shirt to sell for $10 and on the home page they feature a picture of the shirt and a timer that lets you know how long you have left to buy it before it jumps back to the original price.

This is a small sample of the shirt they had for $10 today.  They also do an amazing job with the featured artist of the day. They get damn near the entire home page to display the work, picture, and short bio of the artist. Overall, I am very impressed with the way they operate and it really seems like a great deal for the artist. The site also posts on the home page the top earners for the year with the top guy making just over 8k so far and we are almost into June so I wouldn’t tell you to quit your day job but I bet the artist with 8k in yearly prize money also has more than one t shirt on display and probably has had a ton of free press this year. Nothing better than to be paid and promoted at no additional cost. Extra special shout out to the people at Uneetee and we wish you the best of luck with your business from the Wizeguyz Family. If you have a chance to visit the site, please stop back by to comment on your likes or dislikes. Thanks
